Anchorage Athlete Becomes National Hero

Super Mario Chalmers, from East Anchorage, hit the “greatest shot in Kansas history” tonight in the NCAA National Championship game. Most commentators are calling tonight’s game “one of the best in basketball history.” It is a “shot heard around the world.”

Mario’s father, now the Director of Basketball Operations at Kansas University, had a plan for dealing with his emotions during this emotional and exciting game. (It includes reading the Bible). You need to read the rest of the story here.

Keep reading your Bible.
