We are considering a significant commitment to the planting of a local church in The Hague, The Netherlands. Hilversum International Christian Center, the congregation where Sebastiaan is Senior Pastor, is planning to plant the church through the multi-site church planting model. The church planting team is forming with the direction of Pastor Frank Bowens, it’s founding pastor.
