Forty Days of Prayer: October 7

Today we are praying the following verses into the fabric of the MCA worship community and culture:

Isaiah 41:9-10 (New International Version)

9 I took you from the ends of the earth,
from its farthest corners I called you.
I said, ‘You are my servant’;
I have chosen you and have not rejected you.

10 So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

“Lord, you have called us from the ends of the earth and made us your servants.  Thank you, God!  As we move forward in ministry, may we walk in faith and not in fear.  May our faith be strongly anchored in You.  You, the Only True God, are our God.  We receive your strength for our capital campaign.  You have promised to be our help and to uphold us with your righteous right hand.  We take you at your word and look forward to your miraculous work among us.”
