Whatever It Takes
My first lesson was designed to help us lift the veil. When we lift the veil from around our hearts, God lifts the veil from around his glory.
My second lesson was designed to show the massive influence the Glory of God had upon the life and ministry of Jesus. For you and me, God’s riches are in his glory.
In this talk I hope to rally Evangel Temple to whatever it takes for greater glory for the nations.
In 2 Corinthians 3:7-18 the Apostle Paul compares the glory of God upon the Old Covenant to the greater glory upon the New Covenant.
The first covenant produced lifeless law, was carved in letters on stone—but came with amazing glory.
Paul asks, “Will not the ministry of the Spirit have even more glory?”
If the Old Covenant produces condemnation and yet carried God’s glory, the New Covenant’s ministry of righteousness must far exceed it in glory.
Since the Old Covenant was being brought to an end and yet had glory, how much more will what is permanent have glory.
When one turns to the Lord, the veil is removed.
God’s glory is experienced when the veil is removed and there is freedom.
You are free to bring your whole self to your whole life and ministry.
You are free to say, Pastor Gary and Pastor Jan, I am ready to do whatever it takes!
We are being transformed from one degree of glory to another
Evangel (Good News) Temple (House of Glory) Toronto!
There is another degree of glory for us.
And the Glory of God upon Evangel Temple, upon Pastors Gary and Jan, and upon you is needed in the nations.
“And they shall declare my glory among the nations.”
