Family and friends of Jane Soper joined together for a graveside service in memory and honor of her life. For me, Jane is best known as Jack Butt’s sister, for others she is mom, grandmother, sister in law, aunt, sister, daughter and friend.
Jack was a prolific collector of Lionel trains. His train collection is noted among the best on the planet. Many of us grinned a joyful grin when Jane’s graveside service was blessed by a rather noisy Alaska Railroad train passing by.
The greatest transformation possible is revealed in the death of a Christian. We are transformed from temporary to permanent, from mortal to immortal, from corruptible to incorruptible, and from earth to glory.
