One Month to Live: Day 12

Today we are checking into the concepts of “Resolving Conflicts by Fighting Fair.”  I will always remember a statement made by Dr. Darrel Hobson during one of my university courses:  “If two minds always agree, one of them isn’t needed.”  Disagreement is a given when there are two or more involved.

So, we don’t try to avoid conflict, we move toward it with resolution and reconciliation skills and attitudes.  The acrostic, F.R.A.N. has been helpful to me in remembering the relationship environs in which I live.

F          Friends

R          Relatives

A          Associates

N          Neighbors

Do you have any conflicts with FRAN?  In what way should you move toward these dear people with the spirit of conflict resolution?
