#ORANGE21- Hany Abdelmesheh Salib

Hany Abdelmesheh Salib’s martyrdom reminds me that Christians are truly citizens of another Kingdom.  The Kingdom of Heaven is “not of this world.”

So often my mindset is “of this world.”  I think and feel that what is temporary is actually permanent and in this way disconnect from Biblical truth.

Physical life is temporary.  Eternal life is permanent.

The Apostle John dials this in beautifully.

And the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever.  1 John 2:17

In memory of Hany Abdelmesheh  Salib I will seek to place the temporary in its proper priority and make every effort to do the will of God.

MARCH 24[1] copyIn Honor, Respect and Gratitude for Hany Abdelmesheh Salib

Almighty God, your son, Hany Abdelmesheh Salib, was faithful to the will of God to the very end.  Thank you for his testimony of living for the Kingdom of Heaven rather for the temporary kingdoms of earth.

He easily could have denied his faith in Jesus but he chose to deny his physical life knowing that “He who called him was faithful.”

Comfort all who mourn today.
