Long time Alaskan Pastor and current MCA member, Ed Hughes, celebrates his 83 birthday today. Pastor Hughes is fighting a difficult physical battle while living in Anchorage at the Providence Extended Care facility. Jean, Ed’s wife, is as noble a partner as anyone could ever imagine. She is almost constantly in communication with Ed and those caring for him.
