Sandra’s first cousin died yesterday after a battle with cancer. Everything, in the natural, seems wrong with this picture. She was only 36 years old, a medical doctor, and a wife and mother of two young children. Days like this create a deep longing for the New Order of things that God has prepared. Our hearts long for perfect condition. Yesterday’s message included John 14 which reveals the perfect condition that Jesus is preparing for those committed to him. “Let not your hearts be troubled. Neither let them be afraid…..I go to prepare a place for you.” The perfect, peaceful, and permanent place.
Sandra, Bonmi, and children, we are praying for you and your family. May God give you wisdom, strength, and grace.
