Pastor Billy’s grandfather fell on the exceptionally icy parking lot near his home and injured his right arm severely. “Pops” Welch underwent surgery late last evening and is being prepared for more extensive surgery in the days ahead. The surgeon was fairly clear that a total recovery of his arm is beyond current medical capacities.
