The marvelous and mighty Mel Williams led the MCA team into a glorious season of ministry among the residents and students of our Bible School in Kaya, Burkina Faso. To tell you the truth, I love the people and the Bible school in Kaya. In brief………AWESOME!
Pastor Fay’s team presented their ministry with clarity and power. Guess what? We didn’t know about our assignments much in advance. No time for high tech planning. But God! Mel and Fay both preached, one to adults and the other to the children, the life and ministry of Jonah.
You should hear the brothers and sisters of the school sing. It feels like heaven’s residents peer over the precipice of time to catch another verse and chorus. If the singing resounds with your soul, you should experience their prayer lives.
They pray like, like, like God answers prayer and hears from heaven! The lose touch with time and must have their prayers interrupted by the Senior Pastor by the ringing of a bell. Glorious.
May the Lord prosper this school and everything they set their hands to do.
Following the Sunday worship experience, we traveled to the Kaya Orphanage and Medical Clinic. Our hearts were captured by the lovely children of the orphanage and inspired by the possibilities of the medical clinic.
