Discipleship is an all-inclusive term for the processes, experiences, knowledge and wisdom development, and the shaping of our lives into the image of Jesus.

This whole person discipleship includes the head, the heart, and the hands.

Our conversation today investigates the question, “Where does this whole person discipleship happen?”

Your current life reality is the context for your whole person discipleship. Discipleship happens here and now.

Whole person discipleship not only includes God and people, but also places. Acts 8

Right here, right now, as God has allowed life to come to me, I must not conform to this world’s dictates, but practice discipleship (Being transformed into the image of Jesus) through the renewing of my mind.

Whole person discipleship is developed, in the words of the Apostle Paul, by “I press on to take hold of that…” Philippians 3:13

Whole person discipleship is developed, in the words of the Apostle Paul, by “run in such a way as to win the prize.” 1 Corinthians 9:24, 25

Whole person discipleship is developed by those who “are not of those who shrink back, but of those who believe and are saved.” Hebrews 10:39
