Just received a great email update from one of our former MCA leadership team families. Chris and Kelly English are enjoying God’s favor as pastors of the Third Presbyterian Church in Dubuque, Iowa. Chris and Kelly are leading their congregation through missional revitalization. One of the outcomes of the vision work is a new congregation name, GracePoint. The congregation has completed their vision summary paragraph:
GracePoint will be a fellowship of people in brokenness embraced by God’s extravagant grace, and sent into mission to reclaim the captive, restore the wounded, and redeploy the equipped. As we live and share the gospel of grace, seekers and believers of all ages will become devoted Christ-followers who engage in proclaiming and embodying God’s Word, persevering Prayer, passionate Worship, life-changing Fellowship, life-long Equipping, life-encompassing Stewardship, and life-giving Missional Outreach.
Chris and Kelly are friends of our family as well as co-laborers in the Lord’s harvest fields.
