We are blessed to worship, each weekend, with at least three Nigerian families. Wow! Their presence among us is good for the soul and a marvelous answer to prayer. Our prayer is for God to give us friends from every people group on earth! Worshiping with our brothers and sisters from around the world is preparation for spending forever together. What was separated at the Tower of Babel, is being brought together in the Holy Spirit.
On Christmas Sunday Olubunmi Owolabi (pictured below), his family, and several other of our Nigerian friends will provide a Christmas taste of Nigeria. The Community Cafe’ will feature, in addition to our regular fare, a couple of treats from Nigeria. I can hardly wait.
